An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join our growing and exciting Infrastructure Sector as Senior Surveyor, based in either our Central London or Reading Office.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering key deliverables as directed by the client account remit.
  • Managing transactional responsibilities such as lease renewals, rent reviews, and general estate queries/issues.
  • Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Surveyors on the nominated client account(s).
  • Preparing summaries for legal documentation.
  • Analyzing and manipulating data via client database.
  • Serving as a point of contact for projects for the Client.
  • Preparing client reports regularly, as per client requests, both ad hoc and structured.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Telecoms Surveyor or in asset management is essential.
  • Understanding and experience working under the Electronic Communications Code 2017.
  • MRICS qualification is desirable.
  • Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and achieve outcomes.
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, and legislation related to commercial property management/surveying.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience leading client initiatives and team management.
