About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening potential candidates for various roles within the organization. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying top talent

and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Accountabilities/Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

Identify and fill open positions using diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Screening & Assessment:

Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

  • Onboarding Support:

Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a structured and engaging transition into the company.

  • Data & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and accessibility.

  • Employer Branding:

Support initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand through recruitment campaigns, events, and digital outreach.

  • HR Operations Support:

Assist with other HR-related tasks such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Education:

  • 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet hiring goals.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience hiring for technical or specialized roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UK’s job market and recruitment trends.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media recruitment.
