Account Manager, Brand Partnerships
Location: London based (hybrid working available)
Reports to: Head of Partnerships
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per year, entirely dependent on experience.
Dose of Society is seeking a London-based Account Manager to join the Partnerships team.
A unique opportunity to help own the account management process within Brand Partnerships. This person will be dedicated to driving the growth and success of Dose of Society’s ads business.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in building and maintaining commercial relationships, and will understand the end to end brand campaign management process. They should have experience in sourcing leads, presenting pitches, managing client relationships, campaign execution, and post campaign analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify new partnership opportunities and contribute to the growth of the brand partnership portfolio
- Help pitch new ideas to existing or potential clients, fostering long-term relationships
- Produce creative ideas & strategies for live brand campaigns, included in response to briefs
- Understand client business goals, objectives, and challenges, ensuring the partnership aligns with their goals and that the partner feels valued
- Act as the main point of contact for certain clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Manage projects involving complex workstreams and cross-functional collaboration with internal content and wider partnership teams
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, aiming for a positive outcome
- Oversee the end to end execution of a brand partnership campaign (from ideation, to production, to activation, to post campaign)
- Monitor the performance of campaigns, providing regular updates and reports to clients
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, providing clients with detailed performance reports

- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Unafraid to work in a startup environment – is proactive, often identifying opportunities and solving problems
- Used to a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes unpredictable environment (but also very exciting!)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
