What you’ll be doing:
You’ll learn all about the world of sales, marketing, and category management in a growing business & more! You’ll report into our Senior National Account Manager, and work with lots of different members of the team. What will I be doing you ask? You’ll be;
~ Working with our sales team to look at sales trends, understand the market & suggest ways we can continue to grow.
~ Collating consumer feedback (the good & the not so good) to share what our consumers are saying internally.
~ Regularly visiting stores to report back on what’s happening in our categories.
~ Supporting our Wholesale & Foodservice Account Manager to find new leads in independent shops & restaurants in London.
~ Working closely with our brand manager to organise our events.
~ Managing our relationships with our gluten-free community on social media and helping those connections to grow.
~ Leading our sample process, making sure products get to where they need to be at the right time.
There’s also flexibility in the role! If you’re keen to lead customer relationships, help with trade marketing or try something new, we can shape it to your strengths & ambitions.
You’ll be doing this in a great office based on Hammersmith (with two resident office dogs if that’s your vibe!). We’re typically in the office 3 days a week & WFH the other 2. We also go to our dedicated gluten free bakery in Oxfordshire at least once a month. Things we’re looking for:
A confident communicator, who’s comfortable working with numbers.A multi-tasking pro, with a keen eye for detail.Someone who has creativity of thought & is always up for a challenge.
Some Microsoft skills will also be helpful, as you’ll be using PowerPoint & Excel a fair bit. It’s also great if you’ve had previous Account Exec experience or completed a placement before, but it’s not essential, so please throw your hat in the ring if you think this sounds like the job for you!
Start date: we’re looking for August 2025, but we’re open to some flexibility for the right person.
