We’re hiring an Email Marketing Manager to manage the email marketing for our fast-growing female cosmetics brand doing over $100,000/month in revenue through Klaviyo .
Looking for someone who can come in, optimize our flows, improve campaign strategy, and unlock more revenue through smarter segmentation, better testing, and stronger creative.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Fully manage Klaviyo: campaigns, flows, A/B testing, deliverability, segmentation, and reporting
- Build retention strategies that increase repeat purchase rate, boost AOV, and improve overall LTV
- Analyze data to understand what’s working and what’s not — and make clear decisions from it
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to develop scroll-stopping content and subject lines that convert
- Take ownership of performance — we’re looking for someone who treats email like their own business unit
What You Should Have:
- Must have experience running email marketing for DTC e-commerce brands (7-figure+), with proven results
- Strong analytical mindset — confident in reporting, metrics, and using performance to guide decisions
- Creative approach to copy and content — you understand how to speak to a female audience in a way that sells
- Deep experience with Klaviyo
