My client is a property specialist, with offices in Central London. The residential department work on a range of property transactions, including working on behalf of HNW clients on prime London real estate.
The role is for a Residential Property Solicitor who is at least 1-year PQE with experience running their own caseload of sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extension files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property files
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the residential property sector.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Qualifications + Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-year of post-qualification experience in residential property.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
