Recruitment Resourcer
This role is Monday-Friday, 9.00am-17.30pm. It is 100% office-based in the RG2 0 area.

Role Responsibilities
- Source new candidates from platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and internal networks.
- Conduct screening calls to identify relevant skills and behaviors.
- Liaise with clients throughout the recruitment process from initial briefing to successful onboarding.
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Develop a talent pool within niche specialist markets.
Role Requirements
- Provide a first-class recruitment service to Pertemps Managed Solutions clients and candidates by building strong professional relationships.
- Review clients’ job descriptions to understand requirements.
- Search for candidates effectively on job boards and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with clients to arrange interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update CRM and VMS systems.
- Support the team with ad-hoc recruitment tasks.
