This means you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of transactions and not become too specialised early in your career.
There’s plenty of opportunity for progression.
One of the Partners in the firm started as a Trainee and they’ve had numerous examples of Paralegals progressing through to a training contract.
If you work hard and impress, this too could be you.
As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a property transaction. You will be onboarding clients, writing client care letters, completing searches, raising enquiries and dealing with post completion matters.
Sometimes, the work can be demanding. It won’t always be 9-5. Though that’s normal if you want to work multi-million-pound property deals. However, Paralegal life will be made that much easier as you’ll be part of a friendly and collegiate team.
They would rather you raise your hand, than not understand something.
This is an office-based role. This means you will have plenty of opportunity to learn. There will be senior Solicitors on hand to help develop skills and supervise you as you start your legal career.
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years’ experience as a residential property paralegal.
- Strong academic background.
- Comfortable with sales and purchases of residential properties.
