Pensions Actuarial Consultant – London or Winchester

An exciting opportunity for a qualified actuary with at least four years’ experience in UK pensions consulting. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of DB pension schemes, providing actuarial advice to trustees and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead actuarial calculations and review technical work such as valuations, member options, and pensions accounting.
2. Take ownership of workstreams with support from senior team members.
3. Attend and present at client meetings, developing consulting skills.
4. Stay up to date with industry trends and key pensions issues.

You will have:

1. Strong technical pensions knowledge, including actuarial valuations and GMP equalisation (preferred).
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
3. Ability to manage workloads and delegate effectively.
4. Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
