We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has 10+ years of experience in the recruitment and staffing sector
• Has successfully scaled and ideally exited a recruitment business
• Brings deep sector knowledge across multiple verticals and geographies
• Has led or advised a business with 100+ employees, either as an owner, CEO, or senior board member
• Possesses exceptional commercial instincts, boardroom confidence, and strategic insight
• Thrives in high-growth environments and knows what it takes to build for exit
