Not someone who polished dashboards at Google for 5 years — but someone who shipped an idea with three lines of code and a napkin sketch. Someone who dreams in systems and ships in silence. Who reads academic papers for fun and still obsesses over UX pixels.
The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Lead to architect, build, and own our full technology stack — from backend systems and AI pipelines to frontend experiences and scraping engines.
You won’t be handed specs.
You’ll help define them.
You won’t be a part of the tech team.
You are the tech team — at least for now.
If you thrive on deep product ownership, ambiguity, and original thinking, this role was built for you.
Your Responsibilities
•Architect and own our full stack — backend to frontend, infra to AI.
•Build a scalable RAG pipeline and deploy custom LLM workflows.
•Prototype, fine-tune, and experiment with foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
•Build and maintain intelligent data ingestion systems across platforms (Spotify, YouTube, etc.).
•Rapidly ship user-facing tools using React, Next.js, Firebase, or your preferred stack.
•Lead technical strategy and system design from zero to scale.
•Use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Lovable — or whatever speeds you up.
•Turn raw data into elegant insight and magical product experiences.
You Might Be a Fit If You
•Think deeply about systems but design with taste.
•Have built full-stack apps from scratch — solo or in small teams.
•Are curious about AI, LLMs, NLP, or music intelligence (even better if you’ve shipped something).
•Know what makes GPT hallucinate — and what makes great product feel real.
•Can work solo, ship fast, and still be obsessed with quality.
•Have a working knowledge of fine-tuning, vector stores, embeddings, or multimodal architectures.
•Would rather break stuff and learn than follow roadmaps made by someone else.
Bonus Points For
•Experience building with or for musicians, labels, or music-tech products.
•Building scraping systems, crawlers, or creative data pipelines.
•Experience with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase, or HuggingFace.
•Product sense and an eye for design — you don’t wait for Figma files to build something beautiful.
•Making a GitHub repo that’s weird, useful, or went viral for the right reasons.
