About the Role
This is a senior-level opportunity for a confident and commercially minded Associate Landscape Architect to lead and deliver complex landscape planning projects, while mentoring more junior colleagues and helping to shape the growth of the regional team.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality LVIA work, strategic landscape advice, and planning support—primarily within the residential and energy sectors. You’ll also play an active role in business development, client relationship management, and supporting the broader strategic aims of the business.

About You
- You’ll be an experienced Chartered Landscape Architect with a strong track record in landscape planning and LVIA.
- Significant experience in a consultancy setting, ideally working on residential, energy, or large-scale strategic development projects.
- You have proven experience managing projects, building client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
- You combine technical rigour with commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Confident working independently, but collaborative and supportive as a team leader.
