The Role
We’re hiring on behalf of a celebrity-led, content-first media and venture business that’s building a next-generation brand through long-form content, short-form storytelling, product drops, and a powerful digital community.
As Email Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of email campaigns that turn audiences into active communities, driving growth, engagement, and conversion across a portfolio of shows, products, and digital ventures. This role blends storytelling with sharp CRM thinking, delivering personalised, high-performing campaigns that cut through and convert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of email campaigns—from segmentation to testing and optimisation.
- Develop lifecycle flows and newsletters that grow and retain a high-value subscriber base.
- Use data to guide campaign decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate across content, design, paid, and social teams for integrated delivery.
- Champion experimentation – testing creative, cadence, and copy to drive results.
Key Skills & Qualification:
- Proven experience delivering impactful campaigns (newsletters, promos, automation flows).
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM and email tools (Klaviyo or similar) and strong A/B testing skills.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, reporting, and refining strategy.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling and clear CTAs.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work fast and pivot when needed.
