You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assessing resources and scope of work on projects to ensure they are sufficient to meet project goals.
- Assigning resources to jobs for projects.
- Assuring information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR) as per ISO 19650.
- Assuring information standards, methods, procedures, and shared resources.
- Developing a dashboard to track resource allocation and workload imbalances.
- Developing an object library strategy.
- Developing the client’s digital handover strategy.
- Maintaining understanding of ISO19650 and applicable standards.
- Implementing governance and assurance processes.
- Enhancing client relationships to increase contract opportunities.
- Liaising with the Mace program team to understand client needs and align bid responses.
- Monitoring digital handover to completion.
- Participating in industry events to stay updated on BIM developments.
- Raising requisitions to recruit new BIM talent.
- Researching compliance with new regulations and governance.
- Reviewing bid responses for compliance and capability alignment.
- Managing Autodesk construction cloud accounts and staying updated on Autodesk developments.
- Reviewing BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Researching new technology solutions to improve BIM processes.
- Staying informed on classifications.
- Upskilling teams via BIM knowledge sharing sessions.
- Contributing to net zero carbon transition efforts during project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
- Content Management Library Systems knowledge.
- Autodesk Desktop and Cloud Products expertise.
- Validation and Verification Tools familiarity.
- Visualization Tools experience.
- Database management skills.
- Advanced understanding of ISO19650, BS1192, CDE, IFC, COBie, and Classifications.
- Personal effectiveness skills including planning, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and results delivery.
- Commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
- Leadership and supervisory skills, persuasion, innovation, communication, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Level 7 qualifications or equivalent.
You’ll also have:
- Advanced understanding of GIS tools and Adobe products.
