An exciting NHS Organisation is looking for a Directorate Manager to join their Theatres department!

You will focus on overseeing the Theatres for the trust, introducing new ways of working and promoting the delivery of care.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Maximise theatre productivity, identify areas of improvement and provide solutions
2. Stakeholder engagement

Your Skills/Experience:

1. Educated to first-degree level or equivalent
2. Worked in the NHS within the last 3 years
3. Significant operational management experience, with a track record of effective budget management
4. Knowledge of the NHS (mental health act and NHS financial flows)
