This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and expanding team. The candidate will have the freedom to shape the content production for the brand, especially for TikTok, and participate in various creative projects both online and offline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the TikTok content calendar, collaborating with in-house creators and external partners.
- Post-produce videos and participate in live events such as shootings, retail collaborations, and brand events.
- Identify online trends and help keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Create diverse multimedia content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat, ensuring alignment with latest trends and brand identity.
- Research industry trends, beauty news, and emerging topics to infuse current trends into content.
- Bring energy, authenticity, and creativity to the YouTube channel, including tutorials, interviews, and Shorts.
- Manage a high volume of content creation weekly, ensuring resonance with target audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, influencers, and creators to amplify brand messaging and foster community engagement.
- Engage with the RIMMEL LIVE community through videos, competitions, and product reveals to foster loyalty.
