Store Manager Bristol Drive Thru – Up to £39,000 per annum – Permanent

About the role
Take ownership of the store, stock, standards, team, labour, and coffee. Make the space your own and grow it.
Responsibilities include:
- Create a welcoming environment for customers to enjoy our coffee
- Develop innovative ideas to meet customer needs
- Manage costs effectively through stock, labour, training, and recognition
- Motivate your team to excel
- Train and develop your team members

- Leadership experience
