About the Role:

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across education and adult social care services.
• Lead in-depth service evaluations to drive continuous improvement and development.
• Lead service transformation initiatives, championing innovation, especially in digital solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities via acquisition and development.
• Oversee budgets, performance, and business development projects.
• Build strategic partnerships and represent the organisation externally.
• Embed a values-driven, high-performance culture across all service teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in Specialist Education and Adult Social Care.
• Deep knowledge of Ofsted and CQC regulations.
• Proven track record in change management and strategic oversight.
• Experience overseeing budgets and resource allocation.
• Exceptional people leadership skills.
• Values-led approach aligned with inclusion, innovation, and impactful work.
