Marketing Manager – 12 Month FTC

Exclusive opportunity for a broadly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join a London based, international B2B publishing & conference company on an initial 12 month FTC basis with potential for role to turn permanent.

Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible creating and delivering marketing plans that support the company’s objectives. Key role focuses include events, social media, copywriting & collateral design.

Hybrid working: Ad Hoc office attendance in central London office

Full time or Part time potential for the role depending on candidate preference

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop compelling copy for a range of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, website content, and social media updates.
  • Plan and create engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Help coordinate marketing projects, keeping timelines on track and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Organise and prepare marketing materials for industry events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand representation.
  • Work with the design team to contribute to creative projects, supporting larger campaigns with visual assets and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with general marketing admin, including campaign tracking, data management, and reporting.

Skills & experience:

  • A professional, adaptable, and committed team player with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and communicate effectively across different channels (email, phone, and in-person).
  • A fast learner who takes initiative and solves problems independently
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is desirable but not essential.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
