What You’ll Do
As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing our AI-driven products. Your work will directly impact how organizations make data-driven decisions. You’ll:
- Build high-quality AI-powered systems – Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that balances performance with simplicity.
- Solve complex problems – Break down large, high-level technical challenges into clear, actionable tasks.
- Ensure scalability and reliability – Design robust systems that can handle real-world data and evolving AI capabilities.
- Unblock your team – Identify challenges before they become bottlenecks, provide solutions, and support your colleagues to keep progress moving.
- Shape AI best practices – Bring your expertise in AI and backend engineering to ensure we’re building systems that are not just functional but scalable and maintainable.
- Wear multiple hats – As a startup, we move fast. While AI is your focus, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute across our tech stack.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced AI engineer who thrives on building powerful, practical AI solutions. You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and know how to balance innovation with execution.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of coding experience (3+ years in Python).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models). You’ve worked with them in real-world products, not just experiments.
- Strong backend engineering skills. You have experience designing and building scalable backend systems.
- Autonomous problem-solver. You take ownership, work independently, and turn ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
- Great communicator. You can explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with DevOps, deployment pipelines, and monitoring infrastructure.
- A track record of mentoring junior engineers and fostering technical excellence.
