Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative, confident, and well-connected PR Manager to elevate our brand presence and manage our public relations strategy across traditional and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing, social media, and leadership teams to tell the stories behind our smiles, promote our people, and position Yorkshire Dental Suite as a go-to name in UK dentistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic PR plan that aligns with our brand and growth objectives
- Build strong relationships with local, national, and industry-specific media outlets
- Write compelling press releases, feature articles, and thought-leadership pieces
- Identify and pursue PR opportunities including interviews, podcast appearances, and media features
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with our in-house content, social media, and marketing teams
- Manage crisis communication when necessary, maintaining brand integrity
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across all external communications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in PR, communications, or journalism (ideally within beauty, health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors)
- Strong media network and excellent copywriting skills
- A flair for storytelling and spotting PR opportunities
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive mindset – you’re always looking for the next big opportunity
- Familiarity with digital PR, influencer engagement, and SEO principles is a plus
