I am lucky enough to partner with an innovative automation solutions provider that's redefining how businesses work, with the help of Digital Workers (aka RPA-powered virtual assistants).

Their intelligent automation services are making waves, and now they're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge.

This is a standalone marketing role with full ownership across strategy, execution, and delivery.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing, from content and campaigns to lead generation and sales enablement.

If you're a proactive, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, this could be your perfect next step.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect of all marketing initiatives, owning the function end-to-end.

You’ll play a critical role in driving brand awareness and building a qualified pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a growing brand and make a direct impact on revenue.

Marketing Manager Specification:

  • Develop and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on pipeline contribution
  • Own KPIs, track performance, and optimise marketing ROI
  • Create and manage content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars
  • Execute digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, social, and email
  • Lead virtual and in-person events that position the brand and generate leads
  • Align closely with Sales to support ABM and outbound efforts
  • Manage offshore teams and external agency partners
  • Report on campaign outcomes and manage budgets effectively
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (services or tech preferred)
  • Strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves
  • Familiar with tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, Adobe Suite
  • Strong communicator who loves collaborating across teams
  • Happy to work hybrid—2–3 days a week in a central London office (roughly 10 days/month)

If you have the desired skills and experience and would like to learn more, please send me your CV and we will arrange an exploratory call.
