Role – Customer Service Advisor

Delaware Dr, Tongwell, Milton Keynes MK15 8BA

Pay

£12.21/hr

Duration: 6 months initially

NOTE: – Once training is complete 2 days WFH, 3 days in the office

The first 2 weeks of the role will be office-based Monday-Friday to complete the mandatory 2-week training. After which, we can then discuss hybrid-working when a new start is comfortable and competent with tasks and responsibilities.

Your Role:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and oral) letter/email writing including accurate English grammar
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while maintaining strong Attention to Detail
  • To be computer literate with various packages such as Word, Excel, and Cofico/SAP
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Patience and ability to manage stress
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience within a Contact Centre environment, desired but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure, whilst always maintaining a professional image.
  • Ability to Work Without Supervision
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Able and willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within predetermined time frames
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment whilst maintaining focus on personal, departmental and company objectives.
  • Relevant experience in an administration role
