You'll be one of the driving forces behind their wholesale strategy, scaling top-tier accounts, and identifying new global opportunities. You'll fuse creativity with data, insight with instinct, and relationship-building with performance-driven hustle.

  • Oversee and grow their most important partnerships.
  • Hit revenue and margin goals, drive retention, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Build and execute seasonal sales strategies and annual growth plans in line with the brand's vision.
  • Deliver a clear, ambitious wholesale and key account roadmap that balances immediate impact with long-term vision.
  • Analyse sell-through, margins, lead-times, and logistics to maximise performance and profitability.
  • Build strategic partnerships with global retailers, major e-comm players, and key independents.
  • Present seasonal ranges with impact, anticipate buyer needs, and bring a fresh commercial lens to every meeting.
  • Share on-the-ground insights, collaborate on product planning, and spot potential bestsellers.
  • Align on partnership marketing, in-store POS, and digital activations that elevate sell-through and brand visibility.
  • Stay on top of KPIs, performance metrics, and future trends-turning insights into action at the leadership level.
  • Uncover new wholesale territories, categories, and market opportunities.
