CoinOTC is looking for a driven BD professional to join our team. We help fintechs, PSPs, trading desks, and regulated businesses access crypto liquidity with low-latency execution.
You’ll be working directly with the founder, managing strategic client relationships and expanding our reach across Europe & Mexico.
Requirements:
- Working on new business lines and opportunities.
- Improving sales process and winning new clients.
- Build long-term relationships with fintechs, trading firms, PSPs, legal firms, regulated businesses, etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through onboarding, pricing, and settlement flows.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Attend crypto, FX, or fintech events (in-person when relevant).
- Report directly to the founder with strategic insights and pipeline feedback.
You need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in the crypto/payments/banking industry.
- A wide network of relevant business contacts, especially in the crypto/digital assets industry.
- Strong business acumen and networking ability.
- Comfortable pitching to founders, CFOs, and institutional decision-makers.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.
Conditions:
- Fixed salary + Structured performance-based commission.
