Business Development Specialist (Hybrid, London Office)

My client a global leader in temporary housing solutions is expanding its London team and is looking for a BDS who can identify decision-makers, build relationships with clients to bring in new business that drives results.

What you'll do:

  • Generate leads and close new business across a wide range of sectors
  • Partner with a tight-knit local market team and a global network of peers
  • Develop long-term client relationships and upsell service lines
  • Use strategic, consultative selling to win trust and build value

What they are looking for:

  • 3–7 years in B2B sales, ideally in a service-based industry
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility roles
  • A self-starter with strong communication and account growth skills
  • A “hunter” mentality—motivated to go out and win
