As Senior Food Technologist you will report in to and support the Technical Manager with the delivery of all safe and legal technical requirements. You will work with the wider business including NPD, procurement, commercial, supply chain and operations as well as working with suppliers and customers.Support with auditing, VACCP, risk assessments and performance monitoring reviewsGap analysis visitsTimely production of reports and dataA minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar Technical role within food manufacturingHold a degree in Food Science or the equivalent experienceGood knowledge of the food industry and UK food legislation is essentialHACCP level 3 or above…
