Electronic AssemblerOur client, a leading supplier of products for the telecommunications market, are seeking an Electronic Assembler to join their workshop team located in Wymondham.This is initially a temporary position, with the strong likelihood to go permanent for the right candidate.The role of the Electronic Assembler is to
process stocks of mobile phone accessories , parts and other consumer electronics. The process includes but not limited to sorting, grading, testing, packing and listing products for sale.
Skills & Experience:Good attention to detailGood team playerComputer literate, especially using excelAbility to learn product knowledgeAccuracy in work
Main Responsibilities:To carry out the main processing function of productsCarry out quality control checksWhen required, make packing listsCarry out instructions given to them by the SupervisorCommunicate clearly with colleagues and managersContribute to a professional working environmentTo be supportive to colleaguesFollow and understand company policiesMeet the company production targets and standardsKnowledge of Microsoft Packages especially Excel
In this role, you will also occasionally be carrying out duties in the warehouse. Responsibilities include:Forklift licence an advantage but not essential as training would be provided, conversion course to a Flexi truck providedAble to work on own at various timesPicking and packing orders to a high accurate standardPhysically fit as some heavy lifting will be requiredUnderstanding on Office 365 (emails, excel etc)
