Your new companyA leading financial services firm with global offices is looking for a permanent French-speaking HR Generalist to lead the HR for the London, Paris, and Hong Kong offices. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact for the three different locations, managing any HR-related queries and issues.
- Leading on recruitment for all corporate function roles, including benchmarking salaries depending on location and liaising with agencies on hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Managing the HRIS system, supporting the Senior HR team globally on projects and process development.
- Processing monthly payroll for circa 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant tax laws.
- Advising senior stakeholders on HR policies, including any ER, absence management, and performance management.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of French and UK employment law.
- Ability to process payroll and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
