Planner / Graduate Planner

Location: LondonHours: 35 per weekSalary: Competitive

A leading London-based firm is looking for an exceptional Planner or Graduate Planner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of UK projects alongside experienced professionals.

About the Role:

1. Provide technical support to senior planners
2. Conduct site appraisals and liaise with clients and local authorities
3. Research, analyze, and prepare reports
4. Manage minor planning applications and written appeals
5. Develop skills to handle complex planning applications

Key Skills & Requirements:

1. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
3. Interest in planning law, policy changes, and design
4. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
5. Ideally working towards RTPI Licentiate or full membership
