I am working with a wonderful independant contract caterer who are looking to recruit a General Catering Manager to oversee their catering and hospitality department of a Central London Head Office.
Managing the heads of department, chefs and front-of-house staff the General Catering Manager will be tasked with managing the departments financial budgets and delivering the very high standards they are renowned for in their dining room, event space and staff cafe.
The venue mainly operates Monday Friday
Ideally, the General Catering Manager will come from a similar B&I or commercial site, delivering exceptional service and high-end catering to their employees and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Experience gained from a high-end catering establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Salary to £55k
