Role: Deputy Nurse Manager Salary: £24 Paid BreaksHours: 42-48 hours (Every other weekend – Long days, full supernumerary but flexible)

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while overseeing the daily operations of the care home.

Qualifications: You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN orRMN) with a valid NMC PIN.In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in adult care.Ability to work standard business hours, Monday to Friday, in a supernumerary capacity….
