Location: British Sugar, Wissington, Norfolk

Contract Length: 4+ weeks

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 10 hours paid per day

Rate: £18.00 per hour

Travel/Lodge Allowance: Available for non-local candidates

Job Description:

We are recruiting 2x Semi-Skilled Operatives to support welding and maintenance operations inside a live industrial facility. This role involves manual handling, bolt replacement, and assisting the welding team with confined space repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the removal and replacement of bolts
• Support the welder during screen and component repairs
• Work safely in a confined space environment
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team

Requirements:

• Valid Medium Risk Confined Space certification (essential)
• Prior experience in mechanical/labouring roles within industrial settings
• Physically fit and comfortable working in tight environments
• Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
