Sales Support Manager – Events
£40,000 + Discretionary Bonus,
London (x3 in office) – City
My client is a leading name in institutional investor publishing and conference production, growing once more & seeking a Sales Support Manager to support the sales team across a diverse portfolio of s events, publications, and digital products.
What We’re Looking For
Is a capable self-starter with the ability to juggle a variety of projects and relationships – making sure colleagues from both within and without the business have the materials they need to complete their work. You’ll enjoy building relationships with clients and be happy chasing them up
Key Responsibilities
- Account Managing sponsors from the point of deal agreement through to the end of their event or campaign
- Invoicing
- Traffic
- Development and project management of sales material
- Taking audience suggestions from investment managers
- Producing post event/campaign reports and generating the data to do so
- Some IT support
- Production /management of sales / marketing campaigns
- Partner with logistics to deliver outstanding conference experiences for attendees and sponsors
- Asset owner outreach
- Partner with Editorial on production of sponsor content
- Take ownership of necessary administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
