Thisrole is fully site-based five days a week, requiring a presence at StamfordBridge Hotel at Chelsea Football Ground.

In thisfixed-term HR Officer/Advisor role, you will offer practical, consistent, andproactive support and advice on HR procedures, policies, best practices, andemployment legislation to the team at Stamford Bridge Hotel. The idealcandidate will bring independent and energetic professionalism to the role,engaging with learning, training and team spirit.

You will work closely withboth the hotel team (onsite) and HR teams (offsite), engaging with a wide array of business stakeholders to support the hotel through exciting day-to-day tasks and projects.

  • Responsiblefor providing support to the business on recruitment, selection andinduction
  • Overseesmonthly payroll process ensuring personnel are paid accurately and on time
  • Conductsclassroom-based training and engagement activities
  • Providesbriefings, training and coaching to managers on the effective implementation ofpolicies and procedures and in managing employee relations issues
  • Supportsthe implementation of rewards and benefits, including annual bonuses, pensionsand flex benefits
  • EnsuresHR databases and systems are accurately maintained and updated
  • Establishesand maintains key relationships with external clients and service providers
  • Ensuresthat the HR department functions in accordance with Company standards, budgetsand audit requirements at all times

  • Greatcommunication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships
  • Effectivecommunication skills and ability to adapt communication to a range of audiences
  • Abilityto influence and persuade at senior management level, through effectivestakeholder engagement
  • Capacityto identify & react promptly to impacts within the industry
  • Organisationalskills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Abilityto oversee and manage end-to-end payroll (experience with Harri isadvantageous)
  • Priorexperience with HR Information Systems, preferably with global system ofWorkday
