Talent Acquisition Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our client on a fixed-term contract for 15 weeks.

This role involves supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers.

Key Details:

1. Contract: Fixed-term, 15 weeks
2. Salary: £38,000 per annum (pro rata)
3. Location: Hybrid working

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
2. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
3. Develop innovative talent attraction strategies
4. Source candidates proactively and manage third-party agency relationships
5. Oversee interview and selection processes
6. Deliver offers and support onboarding for a seamless candidate experience

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
2. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
3. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
5. Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth organisation
