We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our client on a fixed-term contract for 15 weeks.
This role involves supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers.
Key Details:
- Contract: Fixed-term, 15 weeks
- Salary: £38,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Location: Hybrid working
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Develop innovative talent attraction strategies
- Source candidates proactively and manage third-party agency relationships
- Oversee interview and selection processes
- Deliver offers and support onboarding for a seamless candidate experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth organisation
