Your Role

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll design and develop cutting-edge transmission and driveline systems using advanced tools and techniques. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop transmission and driveline systems using simulation and prototyping tools.
  2. Innovate and refine analysis methods to push the boundaries of driveline engineering.
  3. Deliver technical work packages and manage small to medium projects.
  4. Specify materials and processes for precision components.
  5. Present designs and proposals confidently to peers, clients, and technical forums.
  6. Mentor team members and support capability growth within the engineering function.
  7. Represent the company as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  1. Degree (2:1 or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. Proven experience in transmission design, analysis, and simulation.
  3. Proficiency in key engineering tools (e.g., SMT MASTA, Romax, Creo, Ansys, etc.).
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and a record of innovation in drivetrain engineering.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
