- Coordinate and support sales activities within the department.
- Work with the B2B Marketing Lead, our Senior Leadership Team and CEO to manage sale leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Schedule appointments to showcase and pitch solutions, products and expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Work alongside the sales team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and documentation to support sales, growth and development projects.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
