He is a very active individual and enjoys outdoor activities, candidates must enjoy being active. Successful candidates must be comfortable with behaviours that challenge. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support and care to individuals.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.

• Engage in and encourage outdoor activities such as kayaking and swimming.

• Foster a positive and active lifestyle for those you support.

Requirements:

• Must be an active person who enjoys outdoor activities.

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
