The ideal candidate must have roofing experience and be confident managing contractors, timelines, and health & safety compliance in a live retail environment.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.* Manage roofing contractors, deliveries, and materials.* Enforce health & safety regulations, including working at height compliance.* Liaise with Morrisons management and project stakeholders.* Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality checks.* Provide regular progress reports.Requirements:* Proven experience managing retail or supermarket roofing projects.* Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety regulations.* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification
