Machine Operator/Forklift Driver (Rotating Shifts)

Machine Operators/Forklift Drivers (Rotating Shifts 6.00am-2.00pm & 2.00pm-10.00pm alternating weekly) required to work for industrial manufacturer based in Milton Keynes. Immediate starts available.

First 6-8 weeks whilst on training will be on a day shift basis (9.00am-5,00pm Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring of machinery and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Forklift driving – loading and unloading of deliveries (minimal part of the role)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine faults and escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Required Experience

• Previous experience operating and running industrial machinery
• Valid counterbalance license
• Ability to perform manual handling/regular heavy lifting

• Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday6.00am-2.00pm & 2.00pm-10.00pm alternating weekly
• Job Type: Temp to Perm, Full Time
• Pay Rate: 13.50 – 15.00 per hour
