Environmental Health & Safety Manager – Manufacturing

They are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional to help drive best practice, support compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage in regional best practice sharing with EHS leaders across multiple sites.
2. Promote and ensure adherence to ISO 45001/18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
3. Lead and support EHS initiatives and programs across a regulated manufacturing environment.
4. Participate in cross-functional projects, offering EHS guidance and oversight.
5. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, from shop floor to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an EHS management role within a manufacturing setting.
2. Strong familiarity with regulated industries such as chemicals, radiation, or clean manufacturing environments.
3. Practical knowledge of COMAH regulations.
4. NEBOSH certification and membership in a recognised professional body.
5. Demonstrated project management experience.
6. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
