A dynamic and ambitious consultancy is looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing team, covering the North London area.

With a strong pipeline of secured projects, the successful Fire Risk Assessor will manage a varied workload, providing expert fire safety solutions across multiple sectors.

The Fire Risk Assessor’s Role

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct thorough fire risk assessments and ensure compliance across a diverse portfolio of properties. Working independently, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality fire safety services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial, and high-rise properties
2. Identify and implement effective fire safety solutions
3. Prepare and maintain detailed fire safety reports, policies, and procedures
4. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance
5. Contribute to the consultancy’s growing reputation within the fire safety industry

The Ideal Fire Risk Assessor

1. At least 1 year of experience in fire risk assessment
2. Experience conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments (training provided if necessary)
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
4. Knowledge of the retail and commercial sectors is beneficial
5. A proactive attitude and ambition for career development
