The Role
As Head of Education Recruitment, you’ll take ownership of developing our education vertical from the ground up. You’ll be instrumental in crafting and executing the go-to-market strategy, building relationships with schools, trusts, and education institutions, and hiring and leading a high-performing team as the division scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the education division
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with education providers across the UK
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service
- Work closely with the CEO to align the division’s growth with overall business goals
- Lead from the front in business development and client acquisition
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team as the division expands
- Track performance, KPIs, and market insights to adapt and evolve strategy
- Identify and develop new revenue streams within the education space

- Proven experience in education recruitment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build something from scratch
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder with a natural flair for business development
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
