Position Overview
This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a commercially driven professional with extensive CDD experience and the ability to generate fees. The Director will be responsible for leading high-impact Commercial Due Diligence engagements, building and maintaining client relationships, and actively contributing to business development. This role offers significant autonomy, profit-sharing incentives, and a direct path to shaping the firm’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements, providing strategic insights and high-quality deliverables to clients.
- Drive business development efforts, leveraging your network to identify and secure new client opportunities.
- Generate revenue by winning new mandates, expanding existing client relationships, and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of analytical rigour and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial assessments, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm’s strategic direction and expansion plans.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) within a consulting or advisory environment.
- A strong track record in business development, networking, and generating fees through new and existing client relationships.
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
