As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Director-level professional with a strong track record in networking, business development, and revenue generation to help drive the firm’s growth.

Position Overview

This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a commercially driven professional with extensive CDD experience and the ability to generate fees. The Director will be responsible for leading high-impact Commercial Due Diligence engagements, building and maintaining client relationships, and actively contributing to business development. This role offers significant autonomy, profit-sharing incentives, and a direct path to shaping the firm’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements, providing strategic insights and high-quality deliverables to clients.
  • Drive business development efforts, leveraging your network to identify and secure new client opportunities.
  • Generate revenue by winning new mandates, expanding existing client relationships, and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of analytical rigour and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial assessments, providing actionable insights to clients.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm’s strategic direction and expansion plans.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) within a consulting or advisory environment.
  • A strong track record in business development, networking, and generating fees through new and existing client relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior clients and stakeholders.
