Frazer Jones is recruiting on behalf of an exceptional client in the insurance sector for a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This organisation is renowned for its innovative approach, supportive work environment, and commitment to excellence.
You will be tasked with maintaining and streamline the recruitment process and lead recruitment-related projects, focusing on direct hiring methods.
We are looking for individuals currently working within an in-house talent function or agency recruiters who have exposure to the Insurance industry that are looking to move into an internal role.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior stakeholders on a variety of roles with an aim to reduce external agency engagement.
- Conduct interviews and selection with hiring managers.
- Provide market insights to assist hiring decisions including detailed market mapping and salary benchmarking.
- Draft and review job descriptions for consistency and appeal.
- Optimise the use of the HR system’s recruitment module.
- Coordinate recruitment administration and interview scheduling.
- Play a key role in focussing on candidate experience and best process.
- Track and report recruitment methods and costs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies on specialist roles where necessary.
- Promote the organisation and recruitment strategies on Linkedin and other platforms.
