Provide a customer focussed and efficient maintenance service in accordance with service level agreementsPrioritise workload successfully of both PPM and reactive worksInstall, maintain, fault find and repair plumbing / mechanical equipment, sanitary ware and pipework, insuring minimal downtimeGive advice on remedial and corrective work as requiredMaintain and test gas network and equipment (training provided)Keep accurate records using the CAFM systemMonitor performance of building systems, improving and reprogramming to support energy and water savings The successful candidate will:
