As the Engineering Maintenance Shift Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of all machinery in the designated production area. You will lead and coordinate the activities of Lead Engineers and Multi-skilled Engineers, focusing on health and safety, contractor management, food safety, and quality. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing Preventative Planned Maintenance schedules, overseeing staffing levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work on a 4-5-5 shift pattern and be responsible for engineering maintenance on your shift block
Education: HND/HNC level or equivalent in EngineeringExperience: At least 5 years of engineering experience, with 3 years in a supervisory roleClear communication of short and long-term objectivesUnderstanding of risks and success factors in your area of responsibilityAttributes: Positive, motivated, team player, detail-oriented, and flexible
