CRM Marketing Executive (Marketing campaigns)
My Client in the automotive industry is looking for a Campaign Executive to join their award-winning Customer Journey and Digital Experience Team and be part of a brand that sets the standard for luxury, innovation, and customer excellence.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering engaging, high-impact marketing communications throughout the entire customer ownership experience. From enhancing customer touchpoints to developing targeted campaigns, you’ll ensure every interaction aligns with the company’s vision of creating a seamless, digitally-driven journey that customers will love for a lifetime.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and optimise customer segments in SAP SV CRM to enhance targeted communications.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, driving customer loyalty, acquisition, and retention.
- Leverage data to personalise 1:1 communications and support vehicle and service sales.
- Collaborate with UK and Global teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric journeys.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to refine strategies and improve campaign KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- CRM experience, ideally in luxury or eCommerce sectors.
- Knowledge of database technologies, segmentation methods, and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of digital channels and customer journey mapping.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable: Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, advanced Excel/Tableau skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Location: Whitley – 4 days a week in office – 1 day remote – £200 a day – 12 month contract.
