Are you passionate about content, highly organised, and driven to deliver outstanding user experiences at scale? We’re looking for a talented Content Specialist to oversee content-focused workstreams and bring editorial excellence to a variety of fast-paced, innovative projects.
You’ll play a pivotal role in refining digital content strategies, improving user journeys, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple products. This role suits someone with sharp editorial judgement, collaborative spirit, and a data-informed mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies for scalable content review guidelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Lead day-to-day execution of content-related projects at the workstream level
- Create and maintain agile, repeatable processes and content templates that support a fast-moving, iterative environment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content and product teams, to elevate user experiences
- Conduct analysis and produce insightful reports to inform content decisions and strategic direction
- Be available for an extended schedule, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms, content tools, and content strategy
- Solid understanding of project management and team leadership across the creative lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows with operational efficiency
- A proactive, creative thinker who thrives working independently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate information for actionable outcomes
